Job Title: Business Development Executive Recruitment Services
Location: Dubai UAE
Reporting To: Team Manager / Directors
Team Collaboration: Client Relationship Managers Recruitment Consultants Marketing
Role Purpose: To develop new client relationships and expand Elliot Scott Group AE s footprint in the Dubai market by selling permanent white-collar recruitment solutions to employers across various sectors. This high-pressure sales-driven role involves making a high volume of cold calls generating new client business driving revenue and achieving KPIs. The BDE is accountable for sourcing approaching and converting business leads into signed agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach target organisations.
Proactively generate and convert new client leads through cold calling LinkedIn referrals and networking.
Arrange and conduct meetings with senior decision-makers.
Diagnose client recruitment needs and position Elliot Scott Group s services as the best solution.
Lead the negotiation and finalisation of terms of business (TOB).
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage activities through the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their recruitment needs.
Ensure smooth client handover to assigned Relationship Manager or Consultant post-TOB.
Monitor initial service delivery and ensure client satisfaction during early engagement.
Achieve daily outreach targets (calls messages emails) weekly prospect meetings monthly signed TOBs and quarterly new revenue targets.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful placements.
Key Competencies & Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment agency or B2B sales environment.
Strong B2B sales and client engagement abilities.
Positive attitude tenacious resilient and driven to succeed.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure target-driven environment.
KPI-driven and target-focused mindset.
Clear and confident communicator and presenter.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Organised detail-oriented and accountable for CRM upkeep.
Commercial awareness of the UAE white-collar recruitment market.
