Milele Properties is a fast-growing real estate firm in Dubai operating across three dynamic verticals:
- Trading: Investment and resale of ready and off-plan properties
- Brokerage: End-to-end advisory and transaction services for buyers sellers and renters
- Development: Boutique residential and mixed-use developments shaping the future of UAE living
We are looking for a creative analytical and driven Marketing Executive to amplify our brand generate leads and fuel the next phase of our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans across all three verticals (Trading Brokerage Development)
- Build awareness and position the Milele Properties brand in the UAE real estate market
- Work with leadership to develop and manage B2C and B2B campaigns that align with company goals
Website & Digital Presence
- Manage and regularly update the corporate website (content listings SEO)
- Collaborate with designers/developers to improve UX/UI lead capture and performance
- Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and conversion
Advertising Campaigns
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) Google Ads and portals like Property Finder & Bayut
- Monitor campaign KPIs track ROI and report analytics with actionable insights
Branding & Content
- Support the development of all brand collateral brochures presentations signage social media visuals
- Work closely with in-house or external creative teams to ensure visual identity is maintained across platforms
- Develop high-converting real estate content: blogs property highlights emailers etc.
Social Media & Community
- Plan schedule and manage social content calendar across platforms (Instagram LinkedIn TikTok etc.)
- Engage with the audience grow followers organically and oversee paid social performance
- Coordinate property video shoots and walkthroughs with the media team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on real estate marketing experience (preferably in Dubai/UAE)
- Proven track record with website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong grip on Meta Campaigns and Google Ads
- Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Strong understanding of SEO performance marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp Hubspot)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
