Job Title: Junior Talent Performance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Performance Specialist to join the HR department. He/She oversees the collection analysis and reporting of talent and performance data. This role involves supporting HR initiatives by providing accurate insights maintaining data integrity and facilitating effective decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measures the completion rate of performance reviews within a specified period (e.g. annually semi-annually). Indicates adherence to the performance management process.
- Design implement and administer the companys performance management system including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.
- Follow and monitor probationary employees performance
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance management process.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends areas for improvement and top performers.
- Collaborate with management to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans.
- Ensure the performance management system is aligned with the companys strategic objectives and legal requirements.
- Regularly review and update the performance management system to ensure its effectiveness.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s degree in human resources management Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP CIPD) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in talent management with a focus on performance management and employee engagement. Experience in real estate industry is preferred.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of performance management principles employee engagement strategies HR best practices and UAE labor law.
Skills:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
