This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in administration finance and human resources and experience managing operations within a high-end private household or luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the property
Manage and support the finance and HR teams (approx. 20 staff members)
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain operational standards
Monitor and manage budgets financial reporting and payroll processes
Handle recruitment onboarding and employee relations in collaboration with the HR team
Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and compliance requirements
Provide regular updates and reporting to the principal or senior management
Maintain high standards of discretion confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative management role preferably in a luxury or private household setting
Strong understanding of financial procedures and human resource management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams
Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
Professional demeanour with a high level of discretion
Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
