Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into clear briefs.
Support the creation of tailored proposals including pricing and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment during the pre-sales process.
Prepare client presentation materials and support stakeholder meetings.
Identify and log upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with senior colleagues.
2. Project Coordination & Delivery Support
Track project milestones and ensure internal teams stay on schedule.
Act as a communication bridge between clients and delivery teams under the guidance of a Senior Specialist.
Assist in managing third-party vendor communications and agreements.
3. Campaign & Revenue Support
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting dashboards.
Help analyze campaign results and identify improvement opportunities.
Research industry trends and assist in preparing strategic recommendations.
4. Client & Vendor Relationship Support
Assist in managing ongoing client communication and follow-ups.
Prepare performance review materials and gather feedback.
Help maintain strong relationships with vendors and track deliverables.
Participate in regular team check-ins to discuss client health and project status.
Note: Occasional international travel may be required to support client projects or events.
1 2 years of experience in a client-facing project coordination or commercial support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Comfort with data reporting tools and basic analysis.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Background in iGaming is a plus..
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
High attention to detail; capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
