You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere currently on the look-out for a highly motivated and self-starting Employee Experience Executive to join our dynamic team on a contract basis (3 months mat cover).
Our ideal candidate should have aminimum of 4 years experience in office management and HR operations with theirown visa sponsorship.As part of the People Team you will be responsible for helping manage HR operations and provide support across the entire Seez team and working closely with our Director of Finance & Operations while our full-time Employee Experience Lead is on maternity leave.
HR Operations & Office Management
Foster a positive and productive work culture environment.
Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of Dubai office including but not limited to pantry supplies vendor relations and facility maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and support HR initiatives across the organization.
Ensure that team members are motivated satisfied and productive through continuous effort to keep and improve team engagement activities (managing social calls team lunches etc).
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to drafting employment contracts preparing reports and maintaining HR databases.
Manage and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
Manage offboarding process and lead on ensuring that accesses and required removal from database are done accordingly.
Support Dubai employees and act as point of contact for any health insurance related queries such as reimbursement claims endorsements of policy etc.
Recruitment
Support the recruitment cycle from start to finish ensuring prompt and precise execution from inception to job offer and seamless onboarding process.
Coordinate with the Hiring Manager candidate and wider team to ensure a smooth recruitment cycle for all those involved.
Provide initial assessment of candidates fit particularly in regards to culture.
Management Support
Provide ad hoc support to the Leadership Team
Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management and HR operations.
High integrity and ability to maturely handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities.
Startup or tech industry experience is a plus.
Own visa sponsorship is highly favored.
