Job Description
ibis World Trade Centre is currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service from the moment of guest arrival through to departure ensuring a memorable and seamless experience throughout their stay

What you will be doing:
- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
