You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvide functional support on SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) including integration with Finance Logistics and Project Systems modules.
Conduct business analysis and facilitate workshops to define and document endtoend business processes.
Prepare detailed documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDD) Business Process Procedures (BPP) and Functional Specifications.
Participate in SAP implementation projects with focus on:
Equipment and Technical Objects
Preventive & Planned Maintenance
Maintenance Order Management
Work Clearance Management
Execute configuration changes and test new functionalities or enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams and thirdparty vendors to resolve software issues and manage system upgrades.
Ensure timely resolution of SAP support tickets and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and support SAP integrations with thirdparty systems (e.g. Orion banks).
Manage master data handling and migration from legacy systems.
Provide training and support to end users ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices.
Contribute to reporting enhancements and data validation on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Adhere to change management policies and IT governance procedures.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental (HSE) policies.
Contribute to team development by setting objectives and providing feedback.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Postgraduate qualification in Management is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in SAP EAM/PM with fullcycle implementation experience.
Strong background in Plant Maintenance business processes.
Handson experience with Master Data and migration from legacy systems.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and functional design.
Working knowledge of MultiResource Scheduling (MRS) SAP Asset Manager (Mobility) and Esri ArcGIS integration.
