The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the design implementation and delivery of training programs that enhance the skills knowledge and performance of all employees. This role plays a key part in maintaining training records coordinating logistics and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Coordinate and schedule training sessions workshops and orientation programs. Assist in the preparation of training materials presentations and handouts. Maintain accurate training records attendance sheets and evaluation forms. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Communicate training schedules and updates to departments and employees. Track completion of mandatory trainings and certifications. Collect and summarize feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement. Help identify training needs in collaboration with department heads. Coordinate external trainers and vendors when needed. Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Enter and locate workrelated information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
