Ontime Group is looking for a talented Architect (Arabic Speaker) to join our innovative team. In this role you will be responsible for developing architectural designs and plans that meet our clients specific needs while also ensuring that they align with local cultural and aesthetic values. Your proficiency in Arabic will facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Arabicspeaking regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather architectural requirements and preferences with a focus on Arabicspeaking clientele.
- Create architectural designs sketches and detailed drawings that adhere to project specifications and local standards.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and presentations in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and zoning laws.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors during all phases of project development.
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables effectively.
- Stay abreast of architectural trends and technologies pertinent to the Arabicspeaking market.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in architectural design Layout creation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of local building codes regulations and architectural practices.
- Creative problemsolving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural work and projects.
