You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Account Development Executive is responsible for identifying qualifying and developing new business opportunities to generate a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting client engagement and supporting the account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls emails and social media.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Support the development of account strategies to meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product/service overviews to prospects.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience in sales business development or a customerfacing role.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a strong work ethic.
Experience in Industry e.g. SaaS healthcare fintech is a plus.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and marketing automation platforms.
