Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Schedule meetings appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare reports memos and correspondence
Organize and maintain files and records (both digital and physical)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
