POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting or manpower coupled with exceptional business development skills to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships in the region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the companys presence in the UAE.
- Identify and target potential clients including private sector companies and multinational corporations to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including decisionmakers and influencers to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals presentations and bids for projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering project management and finance to develop customized solutions and deliver highquality services to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our capabilities and establish thought leadership in the field.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities track key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments regulatory changes and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development roles within the consulting or manpower industry preferably in the GCC region.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics regulatory environment and business practices in the UAE
- Strong network within the engineering construction or energy sectors in the UAE
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential Arabic is a plus.
