Client Account Manager

• Internally coordinate with Accounts, Transportation, C&F, PRO, Customer Service section to ensure that smooth services are provided to clients

• Create and continually update the policies and procedures on Import & Export activities covering the whole business cycle

• Act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end solutions through effective coordination internally within the company and externally with all the applicable parties

• Timely update all the business details from the beginning till end into FRESA system to enable to extract the necessary client updates

• Liaise with various clients and vendors and ensure their satisfaction and timely receipt and payment done in line with the agreed credit terms
