Technical Proposal Manager

Key Accountabilities The proposal/bid manager is responsible for maintaining efficient and high calibre support for business development activities and interface with operations.The key focus of the role is to manage the information (also including documentation) to deliver high quality proposals for private and public clients. Bids and proposal submissions • Producing high quality submissions, presentations, qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations, including Letters of Interest (LOIs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and/or for positioning efforts in accordance with RINA brand guidelines and to meet client requirements. • Collecting and assembling content from company archives (such as resumes and project profiles), sub-consulting firms, and technical, or administrative staff.
