Job Description

Product Owner responsibilities include planning, overseeing and leading projects which includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time within their specified budgets and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to line manager about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

Education • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or any relevant field.

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.

Experience • 4-6 years’ work experience in project management in the information technology sector.

Competencies • Comfortable with working on Agile methodology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

• Team player.

• Time Management and Organization skills.

• Problem solving skills.

Language • Arabic

• English
