Telecommunications Engineer

• System Design & Integration: Develop and integrate communication systems, including both software and hardware from the Secure Communications products, ensuring seamless operation and high performance.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to the productization team, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to communication systems.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of communication hardware and software to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and operational procedures,
• Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the products development and integration.
• Capable of understanding customer requirements and how those are assigned for technical requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve architectural and technical issues that arise during the development and integration process.
• Provide support and guidance to development teams in troubleshooting complex problems.

Knowledge and Experience:

• In-depth understanding of secure communications technology principles and best practices. This includes Wireless Network Technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, Cellular, Mesh, Long-range, Network Stacks) and Products (radios including Software Define Radios, communication devices), and Security Technologies (Trust Computing).
• Strong expertise in both compiled (e.g. Rust, C) and scripted (e.g. Python, Bash) programming languages.
• Strong expertise in hardware development and integration.
• Experience in Linux embedded/headless/remote system development and RTOS platform.
• Familiar with CI/CD environments such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Proven track record in product development and integration or engineer-level roles within the secure communications products industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to various audiences.
• Proficiency in using advanced product development tools and platforms.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with multinational teams and managing cross-functional projects.
