Job Description
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a background in cosmetology or beauty is a plus).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail, beauty, or cosmetics environment is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and beauty trends.
- Sales Skills: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: A warm, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure that the sales floor and displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
