running and supervising the worker’s accommodation. The Worker’s Accommodation shall be located outside or inside the city. The Camp Boss shall look after all camp aspects in term of customer service, maintenance, operations and financial. Ability to raise reports to manager.

1.Responsible for manage daily operational activities in the camp

2.Recruiting, training other staff.

3.Manage the team of expatriates staff working at the camp and increase his motivation

4.Responsible for requests made to the warehouse, as per the department’s request of stocking and stock checking

5.Providing the requested stocks to the departments and deliver stock with the help of the company driver

6.The Camp Boss must look clean, tidy, and should follow diligently the disciplinary rules laid out in his contract.
