Job Description

  • We are looking for an immediatelyavailable Paralegal with borrower/lender loans documentationexperience to work for a 12 month secondment in Abu Dhabi Client
  • Details Work for a top international law firm on a secondment toone of their large banking clients Description Review Term Sheet /Mandate letter / Information Memorandum
  • Negotiate loandocumentation
  • Ensure that the agent has adequate legal protectionsin the documents Ensure lender votes are recorded accurately on thewaiver / amendment voting sheet Liaise with internal stakeholdersand external professional advisors such as lawyers, technical andinsurance advisers to manage the ongoing activities of thefacility
  • Liaise with sponsors, contractors, subcontractors, offtakers/public authorities, suppliers whilst ensuring that interestsof syndicate lenders and the bank are not compromised Profile 8years experience as a Paralegal in the banking environment isrequired
  • Proven ability to consult with borrowers, banks, exportcredit agencies, professional advisers
