• Evaluation of company’s existing practices, processes andprocedures with respect to ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 Standards& identification of existing gaps.

• Design and development of an integrated QHSE Management System

• Management systems certificationagainst international standards for the existing certifications andfor new according to company requirements.

• Participate in investigations of HSE incidents, follow up andverify that corrective actions are effective.

• Developing and mentoring QHSE department

• Developing and delivering QHSE Training programs acrossthe organisation.

• Initiation of new orimproved practices, processes and procedures.

• Scheduling and execution of Internal Audit Programs

• Initiation of corrective action inthe event of system non-conformance.
