Job Description
Responsibility:
- System from scratch e.g Oracle, SAP Create a new performancedevelopment programme that can be loaded on to a HRIS Lead allrecruitment activities – 60-70% of the role
- Drafting HR policiesand procedures Drafting employment contracts and onboardingprocesses
- Monitor training records and follow up with trainingactions Lead a small team of HR administrators
- TheSuccessful Applicant years generalist HRexperience
- Must haveexperience implementing a new HRIS (e.gOracle, SAP) from scratch Proven experience establishing HRpolicies from scratch Strong operational recruitment background
