Job Description
- Description Role Summary This is a key role in Corporate FP&A, responsible for consolidation and review of monthly results of different Hospitality Businesses, driving budgeting and forecast process, review of new capex proposals and analysing business KPIs.
- The role is responsible to drive analytics to help management make informed decisions.
- The role also partners with HR to formulate the annual performance management scheme and review pay-out calculations.

- Be a key member to drive the annual budgeting process Consolidate
- Review and support the Budget, Rolling Forecast and Strategic business plans Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews of business units and preparation of presentations for management
- Review Capex investment proposals and conduct post investment review Provide insights to management though deep dive and partnering with business
- Maintain data base of all performance metrics, KPIs etc. and assist management in decision making Review outlet wise P&L performance and highlight outliers for corrective decision making
- Partner with HR in designing of the annual bonus scheme for employees and reviewing the payout calculations for management approval Daily/Weekly/Monthly
- Sales reporting to the management with insights Manage corporate accounting and cost controls
- Work on special projects as may be assigned by management from time to time
- Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates to be used by business for planning & reporting processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
