- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
- Ensure contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
- Log all interactions via Contact Management System
- Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer’s experience
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Procedure
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to Sri Lankan national
- 40 years old and below
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is a must
- Candidates must be currently in the UAE and interested in a work from home set up
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
