Regional Sales Director - Arabic Speaking (Oil and Gas)

xciting role has come up for an international Oil and Gas company in the UAE. Our client is currently looking for a Regional Sales Director (Arabic Speaker) to be based in the UAE. In this role, you will responsible for covering all sales and business development activities within Middle East and North Africa region with

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

.

Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

.

Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

.

Assisting sales personnel in their techniques

.

Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

.

Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

.

Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate should meet the following criteria:

• A degree holder, ideally in oil and gas engineering field
• Should have worked in oil and gas field for at least a minimum of 12 years
• Should have been in a regional or senior sales management role for a minimum of 5 years
• Extensive experience in oil and gas market within GCC/MENA with strong network of senior leaders with large oil and gas firms
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
