Demand Generation Professional Responsibilities: -
• Profitably grow customer training revenue (80%).
• Work closely with the brand/channel sales teams, marketing and CX on customer education offering value proposition.
• Work with each seller team to develop and implement customer offering business/sales plans to drive adoption and achieve sales quota.
• Align and execute plan-to-make-plan with stakeholder business plans.
• You will leverage credibility in both existing and new networks within the territory to maximize customer education revenue opportunity for Honeywell.
• Sales territory management (20%).
• Understand organizational and operational challenges of businesses in key customer segments.
• Track and manage marketing campaigns in SalesForce.com.
• Be the primary interface to My Honeywell Buildings University among sellers.
Qualifications & Experience: -
• Three years combined experience in sales in one of the HBT business enterprises: BMS, Fire, Project and Services, or Security.
• BA/BS degree in a business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire, Security, and Software.
• Recognized sales development and target exceeding performance in a solution sales environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of social platforms including LinkedIn and/or industry related blog posts.
• Ability to deliver on complex situations with minimal oversight.
• Proven knowledge and experience using customer education to drive business results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of global markets.
• Strong skills with Salesforce.com platform.
• Proven marketing aptitude.
