Sr Specialist Wellbeing

Essential Responsibilities:

Employee care: For individuals

• Conduct ongoing individual needs and psychometric assessments
• Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions to guide and coach individuals
• Monitor ongoing health and psychological safety of employees
• Manage incident cases with care and according to appropriate guidelines
  

Employee care: For groups

• Manage and deliver the virtual wellness calendar
• Design virtual activity-based group sessions and environment-specific workshops for the nature of our work. For example: stress management and reduction techniques, tools to support a healthy work-life balance, healthy communication strategies, managing anxiety and depression
  

Reporting and communication

• Communicate with the wellness team on a regular basis to discuss observations, trends, insights, risks and opportunities
• Communicate with the wellness leaders on a regular basis to report on progress and impact of program
• Report findings directly to site leader on wellness outcomes and program
• Manage all wellness communications to employees and support teams
• Manage data and create reports
• Manage confidential records and reports according to the appropriate data protection framework
  

Strategy and impact

• Drive initiatives to achieve healthy outcomes
• Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement of initiatives
• Work with colleagues across departments to integrate wellness into operational processes
