A well-known F&B & Nightlife Group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurant and nightlife

Job Description:
? Manage and lead the kitchen operations
? Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations
? Fully in charge of hiring and developing staff training
? Oversee the work of subordinates

Requirements

Qualifications:
? Male, 40 years old and below
? At least 4 years of work experience in related role
? Must have strong background in French cuisine and fine dining
? Must have Health and Safety Training related certificates
? Immediate joiners will be prioritized
