? Prepares and cooks food and prepare ingredients as per requisitions, recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
? Completes all required checklists for each shift and makes daily production lists for his/her section in absence of the Chef de Partie
? Operates kitchen equipment and tools; ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
? Minimizes spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control as per operating procedure
? Assists other chefs, measure ingredients, and clean stations
? Prepares meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
Requirements
Requirements:
? Male, 40 years old and below
? At least High School graduate
? Minimum 1 year experience as a Commi preparing dish for an international cuisine
? Immediate joiners will be prioritized
