- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
- Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
- Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
- Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting.
Requirements
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of work experience in high-volume or stand-alone casual dining outlet
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
