Job Description
- This is a role for a recruiter with at least 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. Health care expertise not required but desirable. The candidate should be immediately available in Dubai.
- You should be passionate about finding the right talent and have innovative ways of doing recruitment.
- You will take ownership from day 1 to actively source, hire and build the business. Client Details An MNC providing medical testing services across UAE.
- Description Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Working with multiple stakeholders across the recruitment process.
- Streamlining the recruitment process, and documenting appropriately.Building a pipeline of strong candidates Profile At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Available immediately in the UAEExperience with both direct and indirect sourcing techniques.Excellent interpersonal skills.Collaborative spirit with ability to work in a dynamic environment.
