The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience with Legal professionals either in private practice or in-house
Track record of building client partnership relationships and tailoring recruitment solutions to meet the needs of a varied client base
Demonstrable loyalty and success. This will be seen as at least 2 (preferably 3) years experience with one Recruitment Consulting firm and preferably at least one promotion.
Track record of building and managing relevant and successful, mutually beneficial relationships
Genuine leadership skills with ability and desire to take on a bigger role in the future
