Key Accountabilities:
Customer Value Proposition:
- Support in enhancing the customer experience product proposition and bundling in coordination with the retail & investment products team
- Support to develop a unique customer experience for Global Private Banking customers
- Support the development of a Global proposition covering all Global Private Banking international locations
Portfolio Management & Optimization:
- Support with portfolio optimization based on customer insights commercial drivers and business priorities
- Analyze market insight to develop and drive acquisition and retention strategies
- Analyze customer portfolio to deepen relationships through driving cross selling
- Support coverage team to identify potential opportunities within existing portfolio
Customer Engagement:
- Enhance the Global Private Banking customer engagement strategy through digital initiatives
- Support the Global Private Banking NPS core framework including transactional NPS insights
- Support on all customers experience initiatives including NPS complaints service requests product onboarding
Business Planning and Transformation:
- Support the delivery of Global Private Banking transformational journey across People Products and Platforms
- Support with implementation of the Global Private Banking strategy

Qualifications :
- Business or Finance related bachelors degree
- At least 10 years of job Experience in related field
- Experience in Private Banking products & services
