Controller SERVICES Material Requirements Planning

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Material Requirements Planning (Services) to manage and optimize inventory stock for plant operations and shutdown demands. The role requires expertise in inventory control procurement coordination and supply chain management to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control

• Utilize ERP systems effectively for inventory management.
• Prepare replenishment requisitions CallOff Purchase Orders and verify buying descriptions.
• Conduct technocommercial evaluations in collaboration with Maintenance Technical Support and Procurement teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement and endusers to manage outstanding purchase/service requisitions and repairable item returns.
• Monitor stock levels for plant shutdowns and overhauls ensuring timely replenishment.
• Review and analyze inventory quotations for technical and commercial viability.
• Address nil stock and unfulfilled demands with appropriate replenishment actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory data for optimized procurement processes.
• Conduct stock reviews to identify dead obsolete and slowmoving items.
• Develop purchase agreements to reduce stock holding and improve delivery efficiency.

Supervision & Training

• Plan and oversee all activities related to material planning and inventory control.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in budget preparation and ensure costeffective inventory management.
• Identify and report significant variances in budget and performance.

Policies & Compliance

• Implement and comply with company policies procedures and international standards.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and sustainability guidelines.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Design and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Identify and adopt industry best practices for inventory control.

Reporting & Communication

• Provide inputs for MIS and progress reports.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams suppliers and service providers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in inventory control and technical support within a large industrial organization preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management supply planning and ERP systems.
• Experience in shutdown planning and coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse activities material flow and stock reporting.
