Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests via phone email or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Process orders returns and refunds in line with company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.
- Meet KPIs and service quality standards set by the company.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in a related field.
- 13 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle highpressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
