We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to drive the adoption, integration, and innovation of digital solutions within our Architecture and Masterplanning practice. This role requires a visionary professional with expertise in the latest digital tools, including cutting-edge AI technologies, to align technology with business objectives, enhance project delivery, and deliver superior client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for the Architecture and Masterplanning practice.
- Drive innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, BIM, parametric design, and digital twin solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI tools for generative design, predictive analytics, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with global teams to align digital strategies across AECOM’s regions and disciplines.
- Technology Implementation and Management:
- Lead the adoption of advanced digital tools for design, visualization, data management, and decision-making.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance computational design capabilities.
- Oversee the development and use of digital platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Training:
- Act as a digital evangelist, promoting digital literacy and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Partner with clients to understand their digital needs, showcasing how AI and other technologies add value.
- Develop and deliver workshops to upskill teams in AI applications, computational tools, and digital workflows.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure project outcomes leverage the latest AI-powered and digital solutions while maintaining design integrity and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital and AI-driven initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Integrate digital methodologies to support sustainability goals, including energy modeling and net-zero design.
