Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment services facility management or the construction industry and a proven track record of generating leads converting them into business opportunities and building longterm client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:

    • Identify engage and onboard new clients in the recruitment FM or construction sectors.
    • Understand client requirements present tailored recruitment solutions and close deals.
  2. Lead Generation & Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
    • Leverage networks cold calls emails and business platforms to generate leads.
  3. Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client needs resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
    • Prepare sales pitches proposals and presentations customized to client needs.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
    • Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
  6. Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities including pipelines contracts and followups.
    • Provide regular updates on sales targets and performance to management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10 years of proven experience in business development preferably in recruitment FM or construction industries.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes and industryspecific hiring trends is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools MS Office and business networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
