At Iconic IT Consulting Services we are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a talented IT Recruiter who can source attract and hire top IT talent for the banking sector. Job Details:- Position: IT Recruiter (Banking IT Hiring)
- Location: Abu Dhabi UAE (OnSite)
- Salary: Up to AED 8000 per month
- Experience: 5 8 years in IT recruitment for UAEbased banks
- Employment Type: FullTime
- Endtoend recruitment for IT roles in the banking and financial sector.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top banking IT talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals LinkedIn headhunting and networking.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and banking hiring regulations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of IT professionals skilled in core banking systems cybersecurity fintech and digital transformation.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- 5 8 years of IT recruitment experience specifically for UAEbased banks.
- Strong understanding of banking IT roles including core banking cybersecurity fintech and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Work with toptier banking clients in the UAE.
