Job Purpose:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process ensuring the timely hiring of qualified talent to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices. This role reports directly to the HR team lead and collaborates closely with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job portals social media networking and employee referrals.
- Source potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in evaluating candidates and facilitate the decisionmaking process.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide relevant documentation and training materials.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for management.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer visibility.
- Engage in initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and company culture.
Skills required:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in the automotive or service industry.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
