Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities nurturing leads to convert them into clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure longterm partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the creation of proposals presentations and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging in business development activities.
  • Event Representation: Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand its network.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities pipeline progress and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 23 years of experience in business development sales or event management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Event Management or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Strong foundation in sales and business development with a customerfocused approach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
  • Proactive Attitude: Selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn grow and excel in business development.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • TechSavvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Networking Skills: Willingness to attend events and build meaningful professional connections.
