Job Description
The Landscaping Team Leader oversees and manages landscaping and grounds maintenance activities to ensure the outdoor spaces are wellmaintained visually appealing and safe. This role involves leading a team of landscapers planning and delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met in all landscaping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee landscaping technicians and manage daily operations.
- Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and projects.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
- Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards.
- Provide onthejob training and support to enhance team skills and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree Certification in horticulture landscaping or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in landscaping including supervisory roles.
Additional Information :
- Expertise in plant care pest management and landscaping equipment.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members clients and supervisors.
