Job Description
- Manage the daily activities program and its delivery
- Attend to phone and email inquiries and provide timely and professional customer service to all incoming queries
- Design, organize and deliver seasonal activity programs
- Coach and mentor counselors while ensuring their continuous growth and development
- Ensure Forbes Guide service standards are delivered across the department and all SOPs are implemented and maintained
- Have thorough knowledge of all activities programs and coordinate necessary details with other involved departments (F&B, Security, Aquaventure etc).
- Oversee, carry out and assist in games and activities in the Kids Club or outdoor activities
- Monitor the Kids Club and Nanny Services operations and overlook the bookings
- Monitor expenses and assist in maintaining departmental budget using company internal systems
