Roles and responsibilities
- Running a dedicated squad offshore / onshore
- Tech background is must and can work within the BANK ecosystem
- Domain experience of Cash Management, Corporate banking is highly preferable with product and customization experience
- He / She will work with a dedicated team of developers, testers, and Product Owner to manage the sprints, releases, Scrum ceremonies
- Should maintaining all project deliverables, artefacts, and financials
- Support the PO on quarterly planning
- Helping the team to remove impediments
- Reporting as per the BANK standards for sprints, releases, and weekly status updates
- Provide agile coaching to the team to work as a cohesive unit and understand agile principles

- Expertise in Scrum principles, roles, events, and artifacts.
- Understanding of Scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect).
- Ability to apply Scrum in various contexts, adapting the framework to the needs of the team and organization.

- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Able to effectively run Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

- Ensuring that Scrum ceremonies run efficiently, respecting timeboxes and keeping discussions focused.
