Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct indepth research on industries companies and markets to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements balance sheets and cash flow reports to assess investment performance and viability.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate and quantify investment risks and provide insights to mitigate potential challenges.
- Investment Proposals: Prepare detailed investment proposals and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and managing the companys investment portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Forecasting: Use financial modeling and forecasting techniques to predict future performance and trends.
- Data Interpretation: Stay updated with market trends economic indicators and global financial news to guide decisionmaking.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and market developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including finance and legal to ensure compliance and alignment with investment strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 45 years of relevant experience in investment analysis asset management or related fields.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related discipline (CFA certification is an advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis tools and investment platforms.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets investment strategies and risk management.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while taking ownership of tasks.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
