Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works at the project site ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Oversee the installation testing and commissioning of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards codes and quality requirements.
- Manage and guide a team of technicians and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on MEP activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during project execution.
- Monitor materials and equipment usage ensuring efficient allocation and minimal wastage.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in MEP supervision preferably within the UAE.
- Nationality: Indian / Filipino / Nepali candidates preferred.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems industry codes and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
