Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any onsite issues.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage and allocate resources including labor materials and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities progress reports and material usage.
- Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards and company policies.
- Lead and guide onsite teams to achieve project goals effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil construction supervision preferably within the UAE.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods materials and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
