Job Description

Doka Gulf is recruiting a new Workshop Supervisor to support with the increased demand for our products in the market. We are looking for someone who will:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the carpentry workshop including planning scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
- Ensure all carpentry work is completed accurately efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Train mentor and motivate team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of materials tools and equipment ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
- Review shop drawings.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders inventory and employee performance
- Perform heavy physical labour.
- Work in accordance with the global Doka quality rules and procedure.
- Work in various environments as required (workshop and at site).
Qualifications :
- Trade Background
- School certificate
- Basic English
- Good literacy level
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail
