Position Title: Business Development Manager/Specialist
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: AEDper month Attractive incentives
Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in business development within the UAE market

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the UAE market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends competitor activities and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals presentations and reports to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events conferences and industry exhibitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in business development within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Selfdriven resultsoriented and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in management consulting or related services.
- Established network of contacts in key industries within the UAE.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic business plans.
