Position Overview:
The client is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager Off Plan Property to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a deep understanding of the real estate market ready to guide clients through the complexities of property investment. The successful candidates insights will be crucial in unlocking opportunities and achieving objectives for those served.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of motivated sales professionals.

Qualifications:
Experience in Dubais real estate sector or substantial experience in an international real estate market.
Previously held a team leader position for 4 years or more in real estate.
Knowledgeable about real estate markets and sales processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.


Compensation:
A competitive commission structure with rates up to 70% based on experience and transaction history.
