Job Description
- You must be a qualified lawyer with over 8 years' PQE from a common law jurisdiction
- You must have experience working for an international law firm, or multinational organisation
- You would have prior experience and a strong track record of advising clients on the full roster of real estate matters including sale and purchase agreements, service contracts, lease agreements, project development documents, property and asset management agreements
- You would ideally have some experience in dealing with corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures, commercial contracts, and investment matters
